G7峰會無紙化 有人哇哇叫

（路透海牙24日電）七大工業國集團（G7）今天在荷蘭海牙召開核子安全高峰會，荷蘭首度以智慧型手機APP取代傳統人造皮會議袋發送文件，但對某些人來說，這場「無紙化」峰會其實沒那麼智慧。

峰會贊助商ImgZine開發的這種APP，在Android與蘋果公司（Apple）的智慧型手機以及網路上都有提供，能即時更新峰會行程、照片，並提供全球衛星定位系統（GPS）地圖，導引與會者暢行維安超嚴密、如迷宮般的峰會會場。 荷蘭政府發言人威森納爾（Frank Wassenaar）說，兩年前南韓首爾核子安全峰會快召開前，荷蘭總理必須另派人參加，那時南韓人還得重印1萬5000頁的議程。 威森納爾說：「我們將只要對APP傳送更新。」 那麼，為什麼海牙峰會與會代表，不是人人都滿意這種科技進步呢？ 1名不知所措的與會者嗤之以鼻地說：「沒有黑莓機（Blackberry）版。」中央社（翻譯）
