潛力黑馬股／昇陽KD線向上 衝前高

產業評析：昇陽（3266）去年營收66.1億元，年增3.7倍，每股純益6.05元，只是帳上未分配盈餘為負數，並無配息。日前亦加碼14.1億元購下台北中山堂旁200坪土地。

看好理由：昇陽前二月營收在「昇陽麗石」的交屋貢獻下，高達32.62億元，年增1.62倍，預估首季每股純益可達4元以上。

投資策略：昇陽近期股價緩升，21日收27.8元、上漲0.3元，KD低檔開口向上，未來若配合量擴增，有利挑戰前波高點29.3元。
