貿易制裁 歐美傷輕俄受傷重

（中央社柏林2014年3月23日綜合電報導）德國財政部長蕭伯樂（Wolfgang Schaeuble）今天表示，一旦烏克蘭危機擴散，歐洲聯盟在準備對俄羅斯施加制裁一事上，是團結一致的，而莫斯科蒙受的損失會比西方重得多。

蕭伯樂在德國電視台的專訪中，作此表示。

他說：「我不認為我們立場分裂。大家都不樂見問題擴大，但如果俄羅斯片面改變情勢，那麼俄國必須知道，我們不接受這種情形，而大家的關係勢必搞壞。」

蕭伯樂指出，「就中期而言，俄羅斯蒙受的損失會比歐洲和美國要來得重很多。」
