研究：美國咖啡日飲人口小跌

（路透紐奧良22日電）美國咖啡協會（NCA）一年一度的全美咖啡飲用趨勢調查（National CoffeeDrinking Trends）今天顯示，每天喝一杯咖啡的成年人口下滑，從2013年的63%落至今年的61%。

不過以濃縮咖啡（espresso）為基底的卡布奇諾、拿鐵等飲品，在每天一杯咖啡的3000受訪成年人間人氣上漲，從去年的13%來到18%。 每天攝取精緻咖啡（gourmet coffee）的人數也有增長，從2013年的31%至今年的34%。同時間，飲用非精緻咖啡的人數則從去年的39%降至35%，研究表示，這是導致日飲咖啡總人口下降的最大因素。 精緻咖啡包含濃縮類咖啡和以自選精緻咖啡豆製成的飲品。 美國人煮咖啡的方式同樣有變，29%受訪者以單杯咖啡機（single-cup brewer）準備咖啡，人數遠高於2013年的20%。 而使用滴濾式咖啡機（drip coffee maker）的人數則從2013年的58%下滑至53%。 美國咖啡協會自1950年起於每年1月中旬至2月中旬期間調查18歲以上成年人的咖啡飲用趨勢，今年民調誤差值在正負1.9%之間。中央社（翻譯）
