TVBS主播鄭凱云與資深媒體人蔡祐吉驚傳喊ㄘㄟˋ，兩人已在農曆年前協議離婚，結束7年婚姻；據悉，兩人離婚導火線，竟是因目前在大學任教的蔡祐吉與女學生傳曖昧，鄭凱云發現後與他攤牌，但他對於是否會重蹈覆轍，竟回答「很難說」，讓鄭凱云徹底心碎，決定放手。

據週刊報導，38歲鄭凱云與42歲蔡祐吉已在農曆年前協議離婚，雖然兩人因工作忙碌導致濃情轉淡，鮮少連袂亮相，早已引起周遭友人耳語，但離婚的導火線，卻是在世新大學任教的蔡祐吉疑似出軌，加上他無法承諾不再犯，讓鄭凱云難以接受，決定離婚，小孩監護權與贍養費、財產分配都已談妥。

對此，蔡祐吉對週刊表示：「這是個人隱私，不便回應。」但對於兩人是否離婚、他是否曾與女大生曖昧，皆未否認；TVBS發言人葉毓君則表示：「個人隱私，公司不便代於回應。」
