先豐定6月26日股東常會 當天改選董監事

【經濟日報記者龍益雲／23日電】先豐通訊（5349）董事會決議，定6月26日召開股東常會，當天並改選董事、監察人。

先豐2013年營運耀眼，營收77.46億元，毛利率17.7%，稅後純益6.8億元，每股稅後純益3.18元；營收、稅後純益年增率各為1.62%、54.07%，營收創歷史次高，稅後純益創歷史新高，毛利率提高2.89個百分點，則為八年最高，董事會擬每股配發股利2.6958元，創15年新高，盈餘配股率84.77%，全數發放現金。

但2013年第4季毛利率、稅後純益同創五季最低，每股稅後純益0.75元。

先豐2013年第4季營收19.65億元，毛利率16.68%，稅後純益1.6億元；營收季增率2%，創四季新高，但毛利率下滑0.25個百分點，稅後純益減少0.23%。

先豐2014年2月營收6.11億元，比1月減少5.13%，創一年新低，年增率2.49%；前兩月營收12.55億元，較2013年同期衰退3.31%。
