外資大賣日股 賣超創9年最高

據日本財政省公布的最新數字指出，在3月14日止的一周內，外資在日本股市的淨賣超額達1.1兆日圓 (110億美元)，創下9年來最大單周近賣超記錄，主因外資擔心日本政府刺激經的承諾可能跳票。截至21 日止，日經股價指數今年來已累計下跌逾14%，而美國S&P500指數仍上漲1%。

倫敦基金經理人桑德斯表示，他已將日股的持股比重從去年底時的15-16%，降低到12-13%；他認為日本經濟並未出現令人信服的復甦信號，因此拋出日股。而且許多日本企業並未加薪，也顯示企業信心不足；最近日圓升值也傷害日本出口。

日本企業將從4月起陸續公布上年度第4及全年度財報，投資人擔心業績不佳，因而先行拋出股票；另外日本將於4月1日起將消費稅率從5%提高到8%，也令投資人擔心日本經濟將再受重創。
