立法院反服貿抗爭延燒多日，有媒體報導台北市警局在21日同意讓抗爭活動「就地合法」，且即時生效、沒有期限；市警局今天發表聲明駁斥，強調從未核准過集會，報導不實。

市警局說，為了維護立法院周邊交通順暢，台北市交通大隊昨天公布擴大交管的相關疏導措施；有媒體「自我解讀」，報導指警方已核准「公投靜坐遊行活動」和「反對馬政府服貿粗暴闖關，啟動捍衛民主120行動」2個集會。

市警局今天重申，從未核准侵入立法院活動的集會活動，但仍會做好交通管制、維持秩序。
