宏達電未侵權 閃點敗訴

（中央社台北2014年3月15日電）美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）在網站上張貼公告指出，宏達電並未侵犯閃點（FlashPoint）三項專利中的任何一項專利。

根據彭博報導，ITC還裁定，大陸科技廠中興通訊 (000063) 與華為並未侵犯其中二項專利。

閃點是影像處理專利授權公司，閃點指稱遭侵犯的專利涵蓋了顯示螢幕的互動指示，以及如何以文字與影像建立文件格式化的專利。

ITC法官之前裁定，沒有業者侵犯閃點二項有關文件格式化專利，但判決宏達電侵犯有關顯示螢幕一項專利。

閃點狀告宏達電、華為與中興通訊，尋求禁止涉及侵權的智慧手機輸美。但威瑞森（Verizon）與T-Moble則呼籲，即使發現有侵權，也不應下達進口禁令。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
