三星Samsun GALAXY Core Plus 不會發亮

在手機店配一隻新手機 SM-G350 ，他螢幕上下面的介面不會發亮，上面正面拍照那邊的燈也不會亮。

請問是正常的嗎？基本上都會發亮吧？
晚上摸黑用手機，因為不會發亮常常有按不到的狀況發生。

甚至充電的時候也沒有發亮，朋友還問我是不是沒有插好。
我說我手機拿到就完全沒有亮，朋友每個都說很奇怪要我去手機店問問…

去的時候他們拿同款不同色的起來試，也沒有亮，說別隻這樣一定是正常的。

爬文也爬不到，所以就發問看看到底是不是真的不會亮…
