比姑丈胖14公斤　女告性侵判無罪

新竹縣1名21歲女子「小蓉」去年指控遭表哥、繼父、姑丈先後性侵，且二度懷孕、二度墮胎。但因小蓉所陳訴的性侵過程缺乏證據及證人，加上唯一承認與小蓉有性關係的姑丈，稱兩人是性交易，而且小蓉體重74公斤，姑丈僅60公斤，體能明顯不如小蓉，但小蓉卻指述遭暴力脅迫性侵，法官認為明顯有違常理，因此三人均獲判無罪。（侯力元╱新竹報導）
