外國上市公司法說會 今起跑

由台灣證券交易所舉辦的「外國上市公司業績發表會」將從今天起舉行4天，首場將由F-勝悅(1340)及F-美食(2723)擔綱演出。

證交所表示，舉辦上市業績說明會是為了讓投資人暸解外國上市公司營運績效，提升資訊流通及透明度，將由公司出席代表親自向投資大眾與機構法人說明財務業務情形及對未來前景的看法。

其中，F-勝悅從事高分子新材料研發及應用，主要產品為運動鞋和休閒鞋的鞋底材料，去年前3季合併營收新台幣18.74億元，營業毛利6.84億元，毛利率36.51%，每股盈餘達7.18元。

F-美食經營兩岸三地連鎖複合式餐飲，以銷售麵包、飲料、蛋糕為主要業務，去年度合併營收為151.14億元，營業毛利83.95億元，毛利率55.54%，每股盈餘達4.07元。
