服貿本周再戰 藍綠攻守易位

朝野對服貿協議的衝突於上周立院審查會時正式引爆，藍營擔心綠營藉機修改協議並要求重啟談判，因而全力阻擋綠營召委主持會議，造成議事空轉，同時也在本周排審服貿；但綠營也已預告將「加倍奉還」、預料可能攻守易位，衝突仍將不斷。

立法院聯席委員會上周由民進黨召委陳其邁排案審查服貿，讓國民黨措手不及，由於不願讓民進黨主導議事，國民黨上周兩次會議都以程序問題質疑議事有效性，使服貿審查無任何進展。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池說，本周已由召委張慶忠排定審查服貿，且合情合理合法。
