說明一下我的狀況
我的是一間四層樓透天厝的隔間套房
房客大概十幾個人
房東收水電費的方式是整棟房客去平分
今天晚上接到房東打來要收水電費的電話
去年冬天的水電費總共是一千出頭
當下就是：嗚啊我去年這麼浪費喔
前一期的水電費也才八百五十元
這期增加了一百五十元！

之前看過一次帳單
太陽能熱水器放在頂樓，頂樓的電費是七八千塊
總覺得那台太陽能熱水器實在是很玄啊
所以想問問這樣是沒問題的嗎？
