昨天晚上第一次機車酒駕酒測值0.41

警察開單違反道路交通管理處罰條例第35條第01項第01款

然後就從派出所到分局然後到地方法院

然後檢察官問了一些問題,之後就說緩起訴一年處分金8萬還要聽講習

據我所知道酒測最多罰9萬不是嗎 8萬是不是有點太誇張了。。感謝回答
