四智庫：我無鎖國條件

兩岸服務貿易協議持續卡在立法院，台灣四大智庫院長昨（14）日同台共同呼籲應加速服貿協議過關進度，強調台灣經濟以外貿為重心，沒有鎖國的條件，若服貿協議審查進展持續停滯，恐怕落後競爭對手韓國愈來愈遠。

另外，中華經濟研究院WTO及RTA中心副執行長李淳指出，服貿協議並無退回重談必要，若重談協議，一旦陸方要求對等時，我方恐無法拿出相等菜色回應；與其退回重談，倒不如儘速通過服貿協議，進入下一輪開啟「補充協議」談判更為實在，反能為台灣爭取更多權益。

中華經濟研究院院長吳中書、台灣經濟研究院院長洪德生、台灣綜合研究院院長吳再益、金融研訓院院長鄭貞茂昨天共同召開記者會，呼籲立院應儘快讓服貿協議過關。

吳中書指出，簽訂服貿協議對於台灣切入國際市場、加入區域經貿整合甚為重要。
