陸幼稚園違規餵藥 5拘留

陝西西安兩所幼稚園違規給兒童服用處方藥「病毒靈」，據警方調查，園方是為提高幼童出勤率，增加幼稚園收入，從二○○八年起購入處方藥品違規給幼童服用，大陸警方近日對五名相關負責人刑事拘留。

西安宋慶齡基金會下屬的楓韻幼稚園和鴻基新城幼稚園，十日被發現在未告知家長的情況下，長期給園內幼童集體服用抗病毒藥物「病毒靈」，不少孩子被發現存在頭暈、腿疼、肚子疼等相同症狀，引發眾多家長的強烈不滿。

西安教育部門已經全面接管兩家幼稚園，並於十三日正常開園，恢復教學。
