國巨維護股東權益 祭出8萬張庫藏股！買回區間9.35-21.3元

國巨 (2327) 今天舉行董事會，決議為維護及股東權益，將實施庫藏股，自3月14日起到5月13日，將自集中交易市場買回股份，預計買回數量為8萬張，預定買回區間為9.35元至 21.3元。

國巨表示，董事會考量維護公司信用及股東權益，此次買回的庫藏股將辦理註銷，預定買回8萬張，約占公司已發行股份3.6%。國巨今天收盤價為13.35元。

國巨今年前2月營收42.11億元，較去年同期成長12.2%，隨下游端客戶庫存去化，國巨首季起已見客戶訂單回升，法人預估，首季業績將可穩穩突破60億元以上，優於上季的58.22億元。
