【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美股消息面：

1.美國商務部公布，2月零售銷售額經季節因素調整後月增0.3％，優於經濟學家預測的月增0.2％。

2.美國勞工部公布上周初領失業救濟金人數，經季節因素調整後較前周減少9000人，為31.5萬人，低於經濟學家預測的33萬人。前周初領失業救濟金人數則上修1000人。

3.受汽油價格大漲影響，美國2月進口物價升高0.9%，創1年最大升幅。

4.不畏歐美將祭出制裁的警告，俄羅斯再度在與烏克蘭接壤的邊境地區舉行軍事演習。

5.芝加哥選擇權交易所（CBOE）波動率指數VIX跳升逾12％，至16.22。新興市場指數股票型基金（ETF）重挫1.8%，為38.19美元。

6.歐洲央行總裁德拉吉表示，該行隨時準備採取行動對抗通貨緊縮，並將密切關注歐元走勢。受此談話影響，周四紐約匯市歐元兌美元及日圓大幅走貶。
