為迎接大陸即將實施的「新消法」，百度糯米宣佈推出「隨便退」服務；消費者在百度糯米下單，只要在未消費前，無論什麼理由，都可申請退款。百度糯米此舉不僅推動團購業停滯多年的服務模式再度升級，也使得「退款」真正成為影響消費者選擇的決定性要素。

百度副總裁劉駿表示，公司之所以敢提出隨便退，是因為對百度糯米團單的價格有足夠信心。百度糯米願意給消費者在消費前再一次比價的機會，買貴了隨便退，沒有任何理由同樣可以隨便退。推出隨便退的服務旨在為消費者創造一個輕鬆、愉悅、無負擔的購物體驗，公司將用最低的價格、最優質的服務讓消費者真正體驗到省錢更省心。

專家認為，雖然新消法的「後悔權」在團購網站行業執行有一定難度，但百度糯米的「隨便退」服務承諾無疑為行業樹立了榜樣，料將對大陸團購業向良性發展輸出正能量。
