國泰世華赴陸設第三分行 相中深圳

珠三角繼長三角後成為銀行登陸熱點，國泰世華銀行董事會昨（14）日通過大陸第三家分行將落腳廣東省深圳市，一旦申設成功，將使國泰金控在大陸銀行版圖從華中、華北再延伸至華南。

此外，因應過去發行的次順位債陸續到期，國泰世華銀行董事會也通過今年金融債發行計畫，預計發行150億元，以維持優於同業的資本適足率。

國泰金控發言人李偉正表示，國泰世華銀行現於大陸據點，除上海分行外，上海閔行支行已於2月25日開幕，青島分行及上海自貿試驗區支行爭取在6月營運，另1月間已向金管會申請設立上海子行，而在大陸的第三家分行—深圳分行希望有機會在今年開業。

國泰世華銀行表示，考量深圳的影響力足以輻射珠江三角洲，且珠江三角洲地區為中國大陸台商最密集的區域之一，深圳分行有助服務更多台商。
