【動新聞】台版神鬼交鋒　假律師接案13年

男子余爵宏（45歲）只有高職補校學歷，卻從2000年開始假冒律師，專攻民、刑事案件，從業13年來打贏不少官司，情節彷彿電影《神鬼交鋒》真實版。前天余男與女助理遭台南地檢署傳喚，昨依詐欺罪、《律師法》向法官聲請羈押獲准。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，余爵宏原擔任業務員，多年前因車禍與人打官司，為省律師費，自學找專家詢問訴訟流程，了解刑、民事執行程序，乾脆轉行當假律師，還開找女助理開設律師事務所，估計從2007年起至少50多人受害，詐欺總金額至少270萬元，若回溯到2000年開業時則更多。（胡治言／綜合報導）
