樂居聯手騰訊 攻房產電商

大陸房地產服務商易居中國10日晚間公告，旗下子公司樂居控股已向美國證監會遞交招股書，即將進行首次公開募股（IPO）。易居同時宣布，樂居已與電商龍頭騰訊簽署戰略合作協議，雙方將共同開發房地產移動電子商務相關軟體。

受此消息激勵，易居在美國紐交所股價飆高，10日（美國時間）易居開盤大漲6%，盤中一度飆漲逾11%，最終收報15.74美元、漲幅3.35%。路透報導，騰訊將授權樂居在微信平台上大量開通房產項目公開帳號，樂居也同意用戶在微信平台進行房地產O2O交易，並以微信支付為內建支付方式。
