古坑補助疑案／檢搜雲縣農業處 10人訊後請回

由雲林地檢署指揮偵辦的古坑鄉設施園藝專區補助疑案，檢調前天大舉搜索雲林縣府農業處，並帶走現任農業處長張世忠、副處長許永瑜及已離職的前農業處長呂政璋等共10人漏夜偵訊後陸續請回，許永瑜與廖姓人員聲押，但也被法官駁回，10人全都釋放。

檢調指出，97年間農委會與雲林縣府補助「雲林古坑設施園藝專區案」，由古坑花卉生產合作社申請核可並取得8000餘萬元補助款，被檢舉疑以假發票、不實單據浮報詐領工程補助款超過1000萬元，涉嫌的合作社前理事主席黃炳煌與包商林俊國及生技公司負責人簡維佐夫婦，去年11月被依貪汙罪羈押至今。
