王瞳跟小小瑜（張芯瑜）在民視《風水世家》中，為張書偉鬥得死去活來，兩人戲外也互看不爽，外傳王瞳偷加戲狠甩小小瑜巴掌，昨晚殺青酒，小小瑜沒出席，民視說她另有活動，王瞳則喊冤，「演員沒加戲的權限，我甩她巴掌是來真的，但打之前徵求她同意。」她說那陣子小小瑜因家中有事，心情不佳，她還幫忙禱告。

王瞳和張書偉演夫妻，昨晚兩人愛的抱抱，她的正牌男友艾成假裝吃味：「你們沒把我放在眼裡喔。」艾成說，看到兩人吻戲受不了，但王瞳都事先報備，他忍一忍就過了，兩人婚事還要等兩年。
