葉金川出席美聽證 說明台健保

慈濟大學教授葉金川今天出席美國聯邦參議院健康教育勞工與退休委員會聽證會，說明中華民國實行全民健保的經驗，供美方全面施行醫療保險作參考。

曾任衛生署長的葉金川和代表加拿大、法國等先進國家的6名代表，今天在參院委員會說明各國全面實行健康保險的經驗。

葉金川指出，台灣成功施行全民健保，民眾滿意度相當高，醫療機構在服務品質上競爭，多項醫療指標超越美國。
