配眼鏡可否退貨?

到眼鏡行配眼鏡可否退貨? 他已經做好讓我會戴一到兩天，說之後有問題可回來調，過兩天我回來說我想退，可否退掉? 因為我覺得他鏡框沒那價值，覺得被坑錢，他不讓我退，是否有相關條例可以讓我合理退貨?

如果我訂製的不只是眼鏡，上述問題套用在已訂製的蛋糕、玻璃杯、衣服......等，消費者到底可不可說退貨?
