殺警案歐打安管 嫌10萬交保

〔自由時報記者陳慰慈／台北報導〕夜店殺警案前天又有一名27歲嫌犯樊豪投案，昨下午移送台北地檢署複訊後，檢方諭令以10萬元交保。

隸屬天道盟不倒會的樊豪，案發當天出現在監視器畫面裡，與嫌犯張程翔一起到場助陣，庭訊時，樊豪供稱未出手毆打偵查佐薛貞國，不過坦言有用「三節甩棍」毆打夜店安管，但甩棍是從安管那奪來的，非自行帶入場。

殺警案偵辦至今共拘提44名嫌犯，已有曾威豪、劉芯彤、蕭叡鴻、萬少丞、馬寅紘、易寶宏、周譽騰、郭士均、茍桓銘、張博安、王培安、陳致霖、游家樺、許淳凱、周柏諺等15人遭法院裁定收押禁見。
