少女被誘逼陪酒賣淫　3年接客200次每次只賺1百

基隆市警方日前查獲一間KTV，裡面有不少中輟生和翹家少女，店家老闆藉由提供吃住，誘騙少女進行脫衣陪酒，至少有5名少女受害。警方調查發現，這群少女每月得接客至少28天，甚至還有少女被救出時痛哭「除非月事來，否則一定要上工！」日前基隆地院判決媒介的經紀人1年10個月徒行。

警方調查發現，基隆市該間KTV業者有黑道背景，便要求旗下小弟找女同學來店內做陪酒勾當，之後再透過這群陪酒少女引薦其他女同學下海賣淫。這群少女被騙來後關在公寓集中管理，再由負責與酒客連繫交易經紀人通知，前往KTV脫衣陪酒，甚至還進行性交易。

深入調查發現，當中有6名女子遭囚禁，其中僅1人已成年；且根據《蘋果日報》報導，該名已成年女子從未成年做到成年，3年內接客200多次；有少女被迫每個月得上工28天，每次接客價碼1千至3千，但少女僅能分得1百元。

有家長在前年3月發現女兒遭控制憤而檢舉，甚至還向業者提出離職，卻遭對方威脅「讓妳在基隆活不下去！」甚至還以家人人身安全脅迫，更有少女指控遭毒品控制。基隆地院去年將業者等5人判處3年不等的徒刑，29日再依違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》，判處經紀人1年10個月徒刑，全案可上訴。
