鳳凰颱風北轉　基隆災害應變一級開設

中央氣象局表示，輕度颱風鳳凰預計在今天上午從恆春半島登陸，強降雨帶將由南北移，西半部雨勢下午將由南而北出現，基隆市災害應變中心在上午10時許宣布進入一級開設，不過仍維持全市上班上課。

基隆市目前溫度約攝氏30度，雖然還沒下起雨，但天空雲層慢慢變厚，走在街上民眾已感受到偶有陣風，若要外出民眾仍要注意安全。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
