「檢驗合格都能吃」 立委憂重罰無嚇阻

餿水油事件重創我國美食王國美譽，行政院周三祭出八項改善措施，以重賞重罰方是，希望遏止類似事件再發生。

但國民黨立委蘇清泉今天在立院國是論壇表示，政院以提高刑事罰則方式希望達到嚇阻效果，但司法判決卻會回歸食品安全本身。

具醫師身分的蘇清泉舉例，很多人問什麼能吃，從專業來看，只能回答「檢驗合格都能吃」。但現在連皮革油提煉、製作的食品都檢驗合格了，司法要如何判決？

衛福部長邱文達表示，黑心廠商製作時已涉及添加不法原料，就是違法。
