士林內雙溪溪水暴漲　民眾受困

今天下午4時許，台北市至善路三段內雙溪，突然溪水暴漲，大量混濁的溪水宣洩而下，許多戲水民眾驚逃，有3名民眾逃跑不及，受困在對岸無法動彈，警消獲報後派員前往，緊急在溪床岩石上架梯，協助受困民眾回到岸邊脫困。（黃彥傑／台北報導）
