由於目前人在東部就職中想轉換一來交通不方便二來觀光業排休不易(通常月底排好次月就不能變更了) 104和111也開一段時間了中間也不少公司來邀請面試但因為上述問題.. (光往返交通費+請假薪資一天損失機會成本可能就2k以上) 所以通常我會跟公司說我先mail一份3~4頁(約1500字較正式履歷) 如果可以的話我想先了解貴公司薪資範圍區間(比如30~40k一個大區間即可 ) 休假制度/福利(比如年終中午有無供餐責任制/有無加班費補休等等) 但通常接到回信一作一律都是跳針式的 "休假及福利衣公司規定薪資面議" .....這是在鬼打牆嘛...或是這些東西一定要當面談才可以? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.219.167.142 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409528074.A.987.html
