台灣金：IPO 無急迫性

台灣金控昨（1）日表示，是否IPO或引進策略投資人，董事長李紀珠多次強調，由於台灣金本質特殊，尤其台銀擁有政策任務及特殊社會功能，因此，是否釋股除應考慮對台灣金本身整體的利弊得失，尚須站在國家的立場，去看台銀、台灣金未來應扮演的角色。

因此，IPO與否尚待台灣金內部審慎評估，目前無定論，此議題亦無急迫性。

對於上述議題，李紀珠已向財政部長官、董事及同仁報告。台灣金控擬在不影響政府對其他國營事業管理的前提下（不修國營事業管理法），以修改「台灣金融控股股份有限公司條例」的方式，來爭取法規鬆綁，提升台灣金的競爭力，保障台灣金永續與健康發展。
