腳踏車烙碼 竊賊被逮正著

台北市葛姓男子（57歲）今天凌晨在忠孝東路遊蕩時，發現一輛腳踏車並未上鎖，葛男立即騎上腳踏車準備返家；當他回到住家附近時，遭巡邏的大安警分局警員攔查，由於葛男有竊盜前科是住家社區的頭痛人物，因此仔細盤查。

警方看到葛男騎腳踏車，開玩笑說：「腳踏車不會是偷的吧！」不料葛男臉色大變，警方開始懷疑葛男行竊；這時警方看到腳踏車有烙碼，立即用小電腦連線查詢，當場查出失主姓名，確定葛男行竊，警方將他帶回警局，並依竊盜罪嫌將他移送台北地檢署偵辦。
