剛果伊波拉源頭 世衛：孕婦

（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾27日專電）世界衛生組織今天表示，剛果爆發的伊波拉病毒源頭是一名孕婦，她已於11日喪生。截至26日為止，剛果爆發的疫情已經奪走13條生命。

位於中非的剛果共和國日前證實發現伊波拉（Ebola）病例，讓剛果成為繼幾內亞、賴比瑞亞、奈及利亞與獅子山共和國後，第5個發現伊波拉病例的國家。

世衛組織今天說明剛果伊波拉疫情現況時表示，剛果伊波拉疫情的源頭應是一位來自Ikanamongo村落的懷孕婦女。她在處理丈夫外出打獵帶回的獵物時遭到感染，並不幸在11日病故。

由於她曾送往私人診所治療，曾經和她接觸過的1名醫生、2名護士與1名診所保健人員及一名同病房的少年，也在一週後出現類似病徵，這4人隨後也都因病死亡。

從7月28日到8月18日期間，至少出現24個疑似病例，並造成13人死亡。除了診所的相關人員外，其餘患者不是孕婦親友，就是曾經和診所人員接觸，或是曾出席他們的葬禮。

目前11名仍倖存的病患正在隔離中心治療中。

世衛表示，病患的病毒樣本正在研究室檢驗中，但由於這名孕婦與其他80名接觸者並未曾到過西非疫情傳染國，也不曾和這些國家病患有任何接觸史，因此目前初步判斷，剛果的疫情與西非國家沒有直接關連。1030828
