愛地球：獼猴嗑冰棒

彌猴剛吃完冰棒消暑，冰棒竹籤（箭頭處）浮在水面上。

六福村主題樂園動物管理課課長呂學博說，獼猴棲息在天然闊葉林，雖是樹棲動物，也會在地面草灌叢覓食，花草、果實、魚、小鳥等都是獼猴的食物。牠們活動範圍廣，從海邊到海拔3千公尺高山皆有其蹤跡。中國動物園幫獼猴消暑，送冰棒請獼猴吃，吃完了竹籤浮在水面（箭頭處），猴子看著鏡頭，彷彿想再吃一根。文╱陳威廷•圖╱路透

★學名：Macaca mulatta
★英文名：macaque
★體形：雄性體長約55公分、重約7公斤、雌性為45公分、重5公斤
★特徵：前肢比後肢短，各肢有五趾。臉呈淡紫色，有長鬚
★分布：中國南部、阿富汗與印度
