先特後免和教部不同調？郝龍斌：兩者不衝突

12年國教問題，北市府屢屢出招和教育部不同調，台北市長郝龍斌今早出席新任勞動部長交接典禮受訪時表示，先特招後免試，教育部強調的「考試時」要先免試考試，再特色招生；北市強調的是在「分發時」先特色招生，再免試，雙方對於分發都希望一次到位，縮短期程，這部分沒有衝突。

至於會考一試兩用問題，郝龍斌說，據他了解教育部開會的主軸，一試兩用並沒有否決，而是針對一試兩用中執行方案，提出幾個方案希望地方檢討、溝通。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
