馮滬祥性侵菲傭案 減刑

纏訟多年的前立委馮滬祥被控性侵菲傭案，台灣高等法院上午更六審宣判，合議庭認定馮滬祥確實違反菲傭的意願，性侵菲傭，推翻馮滬祥辯稱，是菲傭事後自行塗抹精液在內褲上的說法，判決馮滬祥3年4月徒刑。全案還可以再上訴。

前立委馮滬祥，是於10年前，涉嫌在家中對菲傭性侵，事後雙方簽下和解書，菲傭拿到和解金後返回菲律賓，全案進入司法程序後，一審、二審及更一審，法院都認定馮滬祥有罪，判處馮4年徒刑。

全案在更二審時，改判決馮滬祥1年徒刑，但在高院更三審、更四審，又判決無罪。2年前的更五審則又改判有罪，4年徒刑。更六審合議庭法官認定馮滬祥有罪，但因為速審法的關係，酌減刑度，改判他3年4月徒刑。
