掛羊頭賣狗肉　檳榔攤從事地下匯兌

桃園陳姓（42歲）男子，在八德市經營檳榔攤生意，為了賺取微利，和大陸「孫小姐」搭上線，從事地下匯兌，並從2011年11月間起，和林姓（47歲）員工、黃姓（37歲）友人利用郵局、銀行等帳戶，匯進、匯入金額高達1億5千多萬元。
 
法務部調查局接獲檢舉發現，陳男等人幫人從事地下匯兌，匯出部分，每萬元抽取20元手續費，總計匯兌從中賺取13萬多元，調查官員執行搜索，從陳男電腦、手機，以及名冊、存摺中查獲上情，桃園地檢署全案偵結，將陳男等3 人依違反銀行法罪嫌提起公訴。（石明啟／桃園報導）
