潤泰雙雄半年報受IFRS會計準則影響，上市股潤泰全(2915)、潤泰新 (9945)分別提列22.69億元與10.63億元的所得稅費用，造成上半年每股盈餘大幅縮水，潤泰全第二季因此意外虧損，上半年每股盈餘僅0.2元；潤泰新上半年每股盈餘1.11元，較去年同期衰退5成。潤泰全早盤反應財報利空，股價一度跌停來到69.6元，潤泰新早盤差一檔打落跌停，股價來到50.5元，兩檔個股早盤皆逼近今年以來的低點。不過，在低檔買盤承接積極下，潤泰全盤中跌幅收斂到4%、潤泰新盤中跌幅收斂至3%。

潤泰雙雄因去年失去對高鑫零售的控制力，依據IFRS準則定義，潤泰全帳上呈現處分利益368億元，並造成今年第二季需一次性提列未分配盈餘稅，半年報表現因此大幅低於市場預期。

不過，法人表示，股價只是反應短期半年報利空影響，但由於明年IFRS就會修正聯合控制力的會計原則，加上金管會已回應將透過行政解釋方式，避免企業因此被課稅，預期並不影響潤泰雙雄實際的獲利表現。
