雲林縣斗南鎮長張勝雄競選連任，昨天與縣長參選人李進勇聯合舉行記者會，自喻是菜瓜布，要洗淨政治環境內的汙垢，強調從政像洗碗，不容一點汙垢。

張勝雄提出「認真打拚為斗南」當作這次競選主軸，強調自己從基層做起，堅持自己的信念，運用有限的資源，積極為斗南建設，斗南他里霧文化園區的發展、雙鐵綠廊等建設，都賦予斗南新面貌。

張勝雄表示，拒絕在這次選舉有惡意謾罵和黑函攻擊的選舉文化，李進勇昨天拿著菜瓜布為張勝雄站台，他表示清廉是公職人員的最高信念，因為堅信張勝雄的清白，才會出面為他背書。

張勝雄的友人日前送來6千份抹布、菜瓜布，張勝雄與李進勇昨聯手用抹布擦除斗南建設圖上的髒汙，他說，既然是自己已經洗好的碗，就絕不容他人玷汙，未來有機會希望能延續自己的成績，繼續為斗南寫下精采一頁。
