埃及呼籲以巴停火 哈馬斯拒絕提議

以色列與巴勒斯坦激進組織哈瑪斯交火，15日進入第七天。哈瑪斯表示，以軍空襲已讓加薩地區死亡人數攀升至186人。埃及14日建議雙方停火，以色列政府表示會評估埃及的提議，不過哈瑪斯方面則是拒絕，要求要先結束所有敵對宣示才會停火。

聯合國秘書長潘基文表示，太多巴勒斯坦平民死於空襲，他敦促以巴立即採取措施結束衝突以避免更多傷亡。

阿拉伯聯盟也在當地時間14日召開緊急會議，埃及外長蘇克里（Sameh Shoukri）提議雙方在15日停火，埃及表示願意在雙方停火後，替雙方主持談判會議。以巴雙方都指責對方挑起戰爭，現在哈瑪斯又拒絕停火協議，讓為雙方斡旋的阿拉伯聯盟更加頭大。
