根據市場最新報價，6月下旬DRAM合約價持平開出，估計第3季漲幅將超過一成，第4季才會稍有回檔，華亞科（3474）將受惠。

6月下旬DRAM 4GB模組合約均價約為30.5美元，市場估計7月可能漲幅達3%至5% ，均價可能達31至32美元；7、8月合約價高點可望突破33美元。

華亞科股價在爆量走強後，相關認購權證也成為交投熱點，一直是市場成交值前十大榜單中的常客，看好後市的投資人，可以留意相關的認購權證，如群益7M（077523），是昨日成交金額第九大的相關權證，實質槓桿3.9倍，剩餘天數還有190天。
