日解禁自衛權 我外交部密切關注

外交部今晚表示，密切關注日本決定解禁集體自衛權後續情勢，期盼日本響應「東海和平倡議」精神，與周邊國家發展友好關係。

日本今天決定解禁集體自衛權，允許自衛隊為盟友而戰，這是日本和平主義立場的重大且具高度爭議的轉變。日本首相安倍晉三並說，日本不會參與多國戰鬥任務，譬如1990至1991年的波灣戰爭或2003年美軍主導的伊拉克戰爭。

外交部發言人高安受訪表示，日本政府召開內閣會議，決定修改憲法解釋以容許行使「集體自衛權」，由於攸關區域安全情勢，中華民國將持續密切關注。

高安說，中華民國與日本均為亞洲民主國家，都有責任鞏固並促進區域的安定與繁榮；且日本是成熟的民主國家，期待其善盡國際責任，依據民意採取明智作為，並響應「東海和平倡議」精神，秉持追求和平的理念，以前瞻思維及積極態度與周邊國家發展友好關係。
