曾銘宗:一直說樂觀會害死人

台股站上9500點後，金管會主委曾銘宗開始踩煞車，要投資人居高思危。曾銘宗昨說，目前上市本益比18倍，融資餘額2100億，散戶尚未完全參與市場，台股未來「審慎樂觀」，但外資隨時可能轉向，投資人要注意風險。

曾銘宗強調，過去他對台股是偏向樂觀，現在是審慎樂觀，審慎就有點保守的講法，不如以前一味地很樂觀，現在是中性。因為身為一個主管機關首長，不能一味喊樂觀，現在是外資一直進來，萬一外資有調節，一直說樂觀，會害死人。

曾銘宗說，投資人對個別標的需有風險意識，外資至6月底累計淨匯入1930億美元，是否仍有後續資金動能，有待觀察。櫃買中心目前本益比相對加權指數高，雖然還不到過熱的狀況，但投資人也須留意。
