港七一遊行 大會估51萬人上街

（中央社記者張謙香港1日電）香港民間人權陣線今天深夜宣布，有51萬人參加「7.1」遊行。

香港警方稍早前公布，有9.2萬人從起點維多利亞公園出發；晚間則指遊行人數最高峰為9.86萬人。

由泛民主派組成的民陣，每年都舉辦「7.1」遊行。本屆主題包括「捍衛港人自主」等，重點是爭取2017年行政長官選舉沒有「篩選」。

「7.1」遊行起源於2003年7月1日，當年因為港府計劃為基本法第23條制訂國安條例，泛民憂慮這是為政治打壓作準備，於是發起遊行，而當年民陣宣布有50萬人參加。

但當年警方公布的數字是35萬人。

從此以後，泛民每年都發起「7.1」遊行，提出各種訴求，但主調一直是民主自由。

2013年的「7.1」遊行，民陣公布有43萬人，警方估計的人數則是6.6萬人。1030701
