情侶分手後，其中一方把雙方在交往期間拍攝的慾照公布以報復對方的行為屢見不鮮，英國司法大臣表示，擬立法禁止這種不當行為，違者將起訴。美國已有幾個州立法，禁止民眾未經另一方同意就公布慾照。
