建築設遮煙設備 營建署重修法

內政部營建署研修的建築技術規則今天上路，今天生效的建築技術規則中，有關遮煙設備的要求，出現護理之家等老人醫療機構無須設置，而一般建築物卻要設置的怪現象。

記者採訪相關建築師事務所，以及醫改會成員，都希望針對缺漏盡快補強，否則萬一再發生火災撼事，恐就後悔莫及。

相關建築法規修正時，因市面上並無符合規定的遮煙相關器材，怕未來實施遮煙法規時，醫院無法符合建築技術規則建築設計施工編第99條之1規定，內政部營建署才將加裝遮煙器具的施行法令暫刪。

內政部營建署官指出，目前營建署已重新提出修法內容，未來區畫及安全梯出入口裝設的防火設備，都要具有遮煙性能。正在等內政部法規委員會審議，可望在半年內完成修法上路。
