藍：中文請柬不印官銜 何來矮化

巴拿馬新總統七月一日就職，馬英九總統預定在當地舉行僑宴，中文請柬卻只寫邀請人是「馬英九」，未註明「總統」官銜，引發僑界議論，民進黨也批降低國格、矮化自己。

國民黨發言人陳以信回應，民進黨的批評「完全不懂外交禮儀」，搞不清楚狀況，因中式請柬慣例不印官銜；他並拿出陳水扁前總統任內的晚宴請柬，上面也未註明「總統」。

陳以信說，如果批馬總統矮化自己、降低國格，試問當時可曾批陳前總統？
